Payment methods
NATA GROUP offers several convenient payment options for individuals and businesses. You can choose the method that best suits your needs.
- Online payment via LiqPay — secure payment by Visa or Mastercard directly on the website when placing an order. Funds are credited instantly, which helps process the order faster.
- Bank card payment — when collecting from the office or by prior arrangement with a manager, payment by card via a POS terminal is available.
- Cash on delivery — available for orders shipped with Nova Poshta. Payment is made at the carrier’s branch after inspecting the goods. For large medical furniture, this option is agreed individually.
- Bank transfer — for healthcare facilities, clinics, pharmacies, and other legal entities. After the order is placed, the manager issues an invoice; shipment takes place once the funds are credited to the company’s account.
Delivery
We deliver products across Ukraine. Orders are assembled at NATA GROUP’s own production facility in Kyiv and then handed over to the carrier or prepared for pickup.
Nova Poshta
The primary delivery method for orders within Ukraine. You can choose delivery to a branch or courier delivery to an address. Disinfectants, household chemicals, and cosmetics are shipped in reliable packaging that meets transport requirements.
Delivery of medical furniture and large equipment is arranged after dimensions and weight are agreed with a manager. Furniture is packed at the factory to protect it from damage during transport.
Office pickup
You can collect your order from our office and warehouse in Kyiv:
- Address: м. Київ, вул. Сверстюка Євгена, 11
- Pickup hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (by prior arrangement with a manager)
- Benefits: free of charge, option to inspect the goods before payment, on-site specialist consultation
Delivery times
Times depend on stock availability and the selected delivery method:
- In-stock items — assembled and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order medical furniture — from 5 to 14 business days depending on the model and order volume. The exact production time is confirmed by the manager.
- Nova Poshta delivery — 1–3 days within Kyiv and 2–5 days across Ukraine after dispatch (according to the carrier’s rates).
- Wholesale orders — timelines are agreed individually based on volume and product range.
Delivery cost
Delivery cost is calculated according to the selected carrier’s rates and depends on weight, dimensions, and the recipient’s address.
- Orders from 3 000 UAH — free delivery to a Nova Poshta branch across Ukraine (excluding large furniture).
- Orders under 3 000 UAH — delivery charged at Nova Poshta rates, calculated automatically at checkout.
- Medical furniture and large items — delivery cost is calculated individually; the manager will confirm the amount before the order is confirmed.
- Pickup — free of charge.
