1. General provisions
This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) of Limited Liability Company “NATA GROUP” (hereinafter — the “Seller”) for the conclusion of a contract for the sale of goods by remote means on the terms set out below.
The Offer is addressed to an unlimited circle of natural and legal persons (hereinafter — the “Buyer”). Acceptance of this Offer is the placement of an order on the website natagroup.com.ua or by another method provided by the Seller, and/or payment for the goods.
The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Seller receives confirmation of the order and remains valid until the parties fully perform their obligations.
2. Subject of the contract
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods on the terms of this Offer.
The range of goods includes, but is not limited to:
- medical furniture of our own manufacture (tables, cabinets, beds, laboratory equipment);
- disinfectants and antiseptics for medical facilities;
- household chemicals under the Nata Clean brand;
- cosmetic products of Nata Cosmetics;
- related goods presented in the catalogue on the website.
The characteristics, price and availability of goods are stated on the relevant product page in the catalogue. The Seller is entitled to change prices until the order is confirmed by a manager.
3. Placing an order
The order is placed by the Buyer independently via the website, by telephone or by email. When placing an order, the Buyer provides accurate contact details: full name, telephone number, delivery address, and details (for legal entities).
After receiving the order, the Seller’s manager contacts the Buyer to confirm product availability, clarify delivery details and communicate the final order amount. The order is deemed confirmed after all terms have been agreed with the manager.
The Seller is entitled to refuse to fulfil an order if the goods are out of stock, inaccurate data have been provided, or other circumstances make performance of the contract impossible, with notice to the Buyer.
4. Payment
Payment is made in hryvnias (UAH) by one of the methods stated on the Payment and delivery page:
- online payment by bank card via the LiqPay payment system;
- payment on delivery (cash on delivery) via Nova Poshta;
- non-cash transfer to the Seller’s current account (for legal entities);
- card payment upon self-pickup.
The Buyer’s payment obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment funds are credited to the Seller’s account or cash/card payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out by the «Нова Пошта» service across the territory of Ukraine or by self-pickup from the Seller’s office at the address: м. Київ, вул. Сверстюка Євгена, 11.
Delivery times and costs are determined in accordance with the terms stated on the Payment and delivery page. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier or issued upon self-pickup.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging, completeness and the absence of visible defects. Claims regarding external damage are accepted at the time of receipt.
6. Returns and exchange
Return of goods of proper quality is governed by the Law of Ukraine «Про захист прав споживачів». The Buyer is entitled to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and the commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals and packaging have been preserved.
Goods manufactured to individual order (medical furniture of non-standard sizes, products with personalised marking) are not subject to return unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
If a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the goods with the declared characteristics is discovered, the Buyer is entitled to replacement of the goods or a refund. To file a claim, contact support: +38 (099) 386 18 75 or officenatagroup@gmail.com.
7. Liability of the parties
The Seller is liable for the quality of the goods in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine and the warranty terms stated in the product documentation.
The Seller is not liable for:
- delivery delays caused by the carrier;
- provision by the Buyer of inaccurate contact or payment data;
- improper use of the goods that resulted in their damage;
- circumstances of force majeure.
The Buyer is liable for the accuracy of the information provided and for timely payment of the order. If the Buyer cancels a paid order without valid reasons, the Seller is entitled to retain the costs of picking and delivery.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Seller’s location in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
