NATA GROUP is a national manufacturer with its own production facilities in Kyiv. We welcome long-term partnerships with dealers, distributors, healthcare institutions, pharmacies, retail chains, and other corporate clients.

Minimum order
Minimum order terms depend on the product category and type of cooperation:
- Disinfectants and household chemicals — from 5 000 грн per order. For regular partners, the minimum amount may be adjusted.
- Nata Cosmetics — from 3 000 грн. Mixed orders across product lines are available.
- Medical furniture — from 1 unit. Special package terms apply to large projects (equipping clinics and laboratories).
- Dealer programme — first order from 15 000 грн. After a dealer agreement is signed, minimum batch sizes are agreed individually.
Minimum limits do not apply to state and municipal institutions — we work within tender documentation and supply contracts.
Discounts and pricing terms
The NATA GROUP discount system is based on order volume and regularity:
- Wholesale discount 5–10% — on orders from 10 000 грн (depending on product category).
- Wholesale discount 10–15% — on orders from 30 000 грн or with regular monthly deliveries.
- Dealer discount up to 25% — for official dealers under contract, depending on sales volume and region.
- Special terms — for tender participants, chain clients, and long-term supply contracts.
The current wholesale price list is provided after registration as a corporate client or upon signing a contract. Prices in the list are fixed for the document’s validity period; we notify you of changes in advance.
Documents
NATA GROUP provides full documentary support for all client categories:
- For legal entities: supply agreement, invoice, delivery note, acceptance and transfer certificate.
- For tenders and public procurement: technical passports, certificates of conformity, declarations, licences, certificates of production in Ukraine.
- For healthcare institutions: registration documents for disinfectants, instructions for use, passports for medical furniture.
- For dealers: dealer agreement, brand book, marketing materials, product samples for demonstration.
All documents are issued in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine. On request, we provide electronic copies within 1 business day.
How to start cooperating
- Send an application by email or call the wholesale sales manager.
- Specify your field of activity, region, approximate volumes, and product categories of interest.
- Receive a commercial offer with wholesale prices and terms.
- Sign an agreement (if needed) and place your first order.
- Receive the goods with a full document package and support from a dedicated account manager.
