ТОВ «NATA GROUP» (hereinafter — the “Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide when using the website natagroup.com.ua and related services.

- Order details — information about selected products, payment and delivery methods, order history.
- Legal entity data — organisation name, ЄДРПОУ code, legal and actual address, bank details (for supply contracts).

- Feedback form data — information you voluntarily provide in “Request a call”, feedback, or personal account registration forms.
We do not collect or process special categories of personal data (health data, racial origin, political opinions, etc.).

- processing and fulfilling your orders for medical furniture, disinfectants, household chemicals, and cosmetics;

The retention period for personal data is determined by the purposes of processing: order data is retained for the period required by law for accounting and tax records (at least 3 years), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
